Refund Policy

IQ Smart Agents is a brand of AdZAP Inc. We want you to feel confident before you invest. This policy explains exactly what's refundable, what isn't, and how to request a refund.
Section 1 — Setup Fee
The one-time $199 setup fee is non-refundable once onboarding has begun. Onboarding is considered begun when we have started configuring your AI receptionist — typically within 24 hours of payment. If you cancel before onboarding begins, the setup fee will be refunded in full. The setup fee is waived entirely on yearly plans and therefore does not apply to refund requests under yearly subscriptions.
Section 2 — Monthly Plans
Monthly plans are billed on a recurring basis and may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not issue partial refunds for unused days within a billing period. If you cancel mid-month, your service remains active until the billing cycle ends and no further charges are made.
Section 3 — Yearly Plans
Yearly plans are billed annually. You may request a full refund within 14 days of your annual billing date. After 14 days, yearly plan payments are non-refundable. If you cancel a yearly plan after the 14-day window, your service remains active until the end of the annual period and no further charges are made.
To request a refund within the eligible window, contact us at info@IQsmartAgent.com with your account details and reason for cancellation. We process all eligible refunds within 5 to 10 business days.
Section 4 — Business Analysis
The Business Analysis is a $1,500 one-time service. It is fully refundable if cancelled before the analysis session takes place. Once the analysis session has been conducted, the fee is non-refundable as the work has been performed. If you are unsatisfied with the deliverable, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to address your concerns.
Section 5 — Service Interruptions
IQ Smart Agents and AdZAP Inc. are not liable for refunds due to third-party service interruptions, including but not limited to outages from calendar platforms, telephony providers, or cloud infrastructure providers. In the event of an extended service outage caused directly by IQ Smart Agents, we will issue a prorated credit toward your next billing cycle at our discretion.
Section 6 — Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. We are committed to resolving disputes directly and promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension and may be disputed with supporting documentation.
Section 7 — Governing Law
This refund policy is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Las Vegas, Nevada.
