IN NO EVENT SHALL ADZAP BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADZAP HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be exclusively resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall take place in Las Vegas, Nevada, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.
AdZAP reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised Terms on the Websites. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
